John has over thirty years of experience in the open web joist, metal deck and steel frame industry. After graduating from the University of Maine in 1979 with a BS in Civil Engineering, he began his career with the highly respected and innovative company McLean Steel. He has been involved with the estimating, detailing, design and project management for thousands of projects throughout the United States and abroad. John enjoys all types of outdoor activities with his wife Cathi and their two daughters on their horse ranch in the Sierra Foothills.

Ross joined JD2, Inc. after leaving the aerospace industry and brings with him a vast amount of management and marketing experience. His education background includes a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of California, Irvine, and an undergraduate degree in Aerospace Engineering from Texas A & M University. Away from work, he enjoys spending time snow skiing, golfing or spending time at the lake with his kids.

Todd joined JD2, Inc. in May 2007. Todd spent eight years in the homebuilding and land development industries, working as VP of Finance and as an independent consultant. During the five years before that, he was a client manager for a prominent international accounting firm, where he worked both in the U.S. and abroad. During that time, Todd specialized in financial audits of large commercial construction, homebuilding and real estate development clients. Todd is a licensed CPA, with a B.S. in Accountancy from California State University, Sacramento. He and his wife enjoy traveling and outdoor activities.
